Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized envelopes unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Clear pictures or videos of the received product.
• A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your complaint, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the customization or production process begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
